The five colour-coded bands in this pack provide graduated extra-light to extra-heavy resistance and are designed for progressive strengthening exercises during rehab and sports training. The resistance provided is ideal for targeting and working specific muscle groups and tendons.

Start with the lightest level of resistance and build sets and repetitions gradually. Once the exercises become too easy, move on to the next level of resistance. Recommended for: tennis elbow, ankle sprains, dislocated shoulders, tibialis posterior tendon problems.
