Pivotal to the all-round protection offered by the Tutto Nano Bibtights is their use of warm and water-resistant Nano Flex 3G fabric. This amazing material makes use of a nanotechnology microfilament mechanical water repellent finish combined with a short-chain chemical DWR finish to ensure water is prevented from soaking in for longer, keeping you more comfortable when wet weather strikes. Its excellent thermal performance will also lock in heat while a reduction in seams adds to their ability to resist water ingress. While the lower body and legs are protected, the mesh bibs to the top prevent a build-up of perspiration, regulating your temperature so you don’t overheat and feel uncomfortable.
The Tutto Nano features the ever-reliable Kiss Air2 seat pad, incorporating many of the comfort-focused features of Castelli’s top-of-the-range chamois. In any cycling garment, comfort is paramount and the anatomical shape of the Kiss Air2 pad ensures maximum comfort, no matter how long you’re on the bike. Dual-density foam is used to provide variable thickness - padding where it’s needed and less where it isn’t, to maximise your freedom of movement on and off the bike. Finally, a brushed microfibre top layer, with superior softness and an anti-bacterial treatment eliminates chafing and saddle sores.
