All our Trainers are fully certified and qualified Strength & Conditioning Specialists. We have experience and noted success in training Individuals, Teams, Squads, Junior & Developmental athletes of all levels and abilities. We offer one to one and small group Personal Training to help you achieve your goals. Whether you want to lose weight, prepare for a Ski holiday, prepare for a target athletic event such as a Triathlon, Marathon, Bicycle Ride etc. or just improve your Golf or Tennis game we can help. We use Functional Training methods that focus on building core strength and retraining movement patterns.

Your strength & conditioning gym sessions in Sports Med will form an integral part of your weekly training routine and the exercises conducted will always be specific to what your main fitness goals are. We will ensure you are working the right muscles at the right intensity, you are working those muscles in the correct way, with good technique, so as to minimise injury risk and get the maximum benefit out of each exercise.
Your Trainer will assess and screen you in order that both your weaknesses and strengths are identified and improved. Your workouts will always be progressive and will develop and change as you get stronger and fitter which will greatly help your own motivation and keeps every session effective, challenging, interesting and enjoyable.
