The SiS GO Energy + Electrolyte gel (lemon and mint) uses the consolidated scientific expertise of the SiS GO Isotonic Energy gel, the first and only truly isotonic energy gel in the world. The gel not only offers a quick supply of easily digestible carbohydrates (22 grams) to provide energy, it also provides 118 mg of sodium, 9.5 mg of potassium and 1.5 mg of magnesium per gel. If feeding during physical exertion over 90 minutes takes place only via gel, we recommend taking every 60-90 minutes: 2 SiS GO Isotonic Energy Gel and 1 SiS GO Energy + Electrolyte Gel (each at a distance of 20-30 minutes from 'other), to ensure proper energetic hydration.
