The HJC Adwatt 1.5 Triathlon Helmet strikes the perfect balance between aerodynamics, ventilation and comfort for particularly long rides.
HJC used the hour record winning Adwatt helmet model as the base for the 1.5 Using enhanced wind tunnel testing at the South Korean company’s bespoke facility in Seoul, the triathlon helmet is tailored for the drag force that is exerted on the helmet out on the road.
The helmet keeps your head cool thanks to advanced air channels and Venturi dynamics which suck cool air through the helmet’s front vents and expel them through the rear vents, ensuring a constant flow of cool air over your head.
X-Static® fabric is used inside the helmet to keep the Adwatt 1.5 and your head fresher for longer. The fabric is made by permanently bonding 99.9% metallic silver to fibres.
The helmet is complete with a removable mirror shield for maximum aerodynamics. With the shield, the helmet is a featherlight 320g. Without the visor, it is 260g.
